The cost to build a website varies from client to client. Some of the factors that can influence the overall cost include:

As with cost, the time it will take to complete your website can vary widely depending on the type of website you want to build. A small website may take around 3 months; larger e-commerce websites may take 6 months or more to build.
The number of interactive elements on your website, integrations like Shopify and content management systems (CMS), and a wide variety of other factors will affect timeframes.
