In an effort to identify the source of the problem we engaged First Rank SEO (amongst others) for review and assistance.  Matt was highly responsive, helpful, appropriately instructive, thorough and detailed in his response and generous regarding his time spent on calls discussing it all.  We didn't end up working with First Rank SEO (for a variety of reasons NONE of which had anything at all to do with their abilities, pricing, competence, or anything else).  Had something else not transpired I've every reason to believe that they'd have been in the running (if not our top choice) for an SEO partner.  The point of this review is to advise others that you may expect professionalism, an authoritative approach, great customer service, knowledge and expertise from them and I'm happy to provide this review and recommend them DESPITE the fact that we didn't end up doing business together.  Every step of the interaction process with Matt and his team was entirely satisfactory and I've no doubt that they'd have been able to provide what we were needing had we proceeded with contracting First Rank SEO for the work.
